To facilitate the placement and adoption process of ex-racing and retired
Greyhounds, and those bred for the racing industry.

We value compassion and respect for people and animals.
We value the humane treatment of greyhounds before, during and after their use by the racing industry.
We advocate education on the importance of responsible pet ownership.
We believe every greyhound deserves life as a beloved pet.

Royal Hounds is a  501(c)3 nonprofit, tax exempt organization, comprised solely of volunteers who give graciously of their time and love to this noble breed with the common goal of finding secure and loving homes for the many ex-racing and retired Hounds that grace us with their presence.

Foster Dog of the Month

Mulligan is one cool customer! This handsome brindle boy is seeking a life-long companion and isn't afraid of a long-term commitment. His hobbies include lounging around in bed, fine dining, and relaxing over a cool bucket of water. Mulligan is open to most anything and is pretty certain he would be up for long walks on the beach and candlelight conversations. Kitties? No problem, Mulligan is eager to learn how to live with small furry creatures! If you think Mulligan might be the dog for you drop us a line.

Mulligan is looking for someone to love ... is it you?
